As a Public Affairs Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of a website through website audits, user testing, data, and other research methods.


• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, partners, and others managing a website.


• Serving as a content consultant on digital communication principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
